Specifics
Cash rebates for Avista Utilities residential customers in Oregon who install high-efficiency natural gas heating equipment, water heaters, and other conservation measures in their new or existing home. To be eligible, wall heaters, tankless water heaters, programmable thermostats and chimney dampers must have been installed after May 1, 2007. Forced air furnaces and 40 or 50 gallon water heaters must have been installed after June 18, 2001.
