Specifics
Avista offers both incentives and loans to customers who make weatherization improvements on their home. All improvements must be approved during a Home Energy Analysis inspection. Loans are offered with repayment terms are up to 10 years and payments starting at $15 per month per loan. Incentives are calculated after the in-home inspection.

Filing Instructions:
Request a free in-home inspection to evaluate the cost and benefits associated with weatherizing your home. This free analysis is available to qualified Oregon residential customers who use natural gas as their main source of heat. After your in-home inspection is complete, you may request either a loan or an incentive for weatherization work not yet started or completed prior to the home analysis.
