Projected Savings
The electricity bill is at least $10 less each month, which translates to about 100 less kWh.
Project Summary
Energy Star approved Cellulose insulation sprayed in to attic over garage, breezeway, and home.
My Inspiration
Sick of wasting electricity.
My Goals
Save energy, reduce heat in summer and cold in winter.
The Process
Bought 25 bags of cellulose insulation and sprayed them into the space above the garage, house, and breezeway.
The Results
Home stays at much less extreme temperatures.
My Tips
Try to use local business or do it yourself when installing cellulose insulation.
My Future Plans
